在課前5分鐘的“開放性”教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)，我經(jīng)常進(jìn)行形式多樣的“Free talk”，話題涵蓋學(xué)習(xí)、生活、娛樂各個(gè)方面，力求每個(gè)學(xué)生都有“話”可說。一次，有五位學(xué)生表演了做客、慶祝生日的對(duì)話后，提出了今天是教師節(jié)，倡議全體同學(xué)向我表示祝賀，于是，大家異口同聲地喊道“Happy Teachers' Day，Miss Xu”。接下來，他們拿出課堂練習(xí)本，用稚嫩的筆觸寫上了英語(yǔ)祝福語(yǔ)，有的寫道“Sending flowers to my teacher ”（送一束花給我的老師），有的寫道“I want to be like you，when I grow up”（我長(zhǎng)大也要像你一樣），還有的學(xué)生寫道“You have been a qualified teacher and even better friend”（你是我們的良師益友）?？催^之后，我異常欣慰，連聲說“Thank you”。因?yàn)槲也粌H欣慰于他們發(fā)自內(nèi)心的真誠(chéng)祝福，更欣慰于他們能夠創(chuàng)造性地運(yùn)用英語(yǔ)進(jìn)行表達(dá)。

二、開展形式多樣的活動(dòng)

《義務(wù)教育小學(xué)英語(yǔ)課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》明確指出：小學(xué)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)要?jiǎng)?chuàng)建活動(dòng)課為主的教學(xué)模式，采用聽、做、說、唱、玩、演的方式，鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生積極參與、大膽表達(dá)。在教學(xué)中，我根據(jù)學(xué)生的年齡特點(diǎn)和興趣愛好，有計(jì)劃地組織內(nèi)容豐富、形式多樣的英語(yǔ)活動(dòng)，讓學(xué)生積極參與教學(xué)過程，引導(dǎo)他們?cè)趨⑴c中得到訓(xùn)練和發(fā)展。

（一）以知識(shí)點(diǎn)為中心組織多元化活動(dòng)

在課堂上，我充分調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生的各種感官，引導(dǎo)學(xué)生進(jìn)行個(gè)體、雙人、小組、排、全班等多元化活動(dòng)，在活動(dòng)中理解課文的知識(shí)點(diǎn)，培養(yǎng)“聽、說、讀、寫、唱、演”的技能，為英語(yǔ)交際打下基礎(chǔ)。

四年級(jí)下學(xué)期的一堂新授課，教學(xué)sweater、jacket、coat、T-shirt、shirt 等詞匯，并要求聽懂會(huì)做一系列動(dòng)作，內(nèi)容多、難度大、特別是動(dòng)詞短語(yǔ)的教學(xué)，學(xué)生掌握起來較難。教師是這樣組織教學(xué)的：

① 熱身環(huán)節(jié)，安排表演唱“Who is wearing yellow today？”全體投入表演，創(chuàng)設(shè)熱烈的學(xué)習(xí)氣氛，并引導(dǎo)學(xué)生迅速進(jìn)入學(xué)習(xí)狀態(tài)。

② 導(dǎo)入環(huán)節(jié)，以教師的穿著開始“交談”，老師和學(xué)生之間是友好的朋友關(guān)系，輕松地談?wù)撘轮?，以一個(gè)真實(shí)的情景開始新授，慢慢導(dǎo)入到緊張的學(xué)習(xí)。

③ 新授環(huán)節(jié)，在語(yǔ)境中呈現(xiàn)新詞匯，練習(xí)新句型，大量輸入本課相關(guān)詞句，同時(shí)又穿插各種活動(dòng)及時(shí)鞏固所學(xué)內(nèi)容。

④ 操練環(huán)節(jié)，通過聽聽選選、看看猜猜等游戲幫助學(xué)生鞏固詞匯，課堂氣氛熱烈。

（二）以交際為中心進(jìn)行多樣化活動(dòng)

有的學(xué)生做英語(yǔ)試卷得心應(yīng)手，但說起英語(yǔ)卻結(jié)結(jié)巴巴，原因之一就在于他們是為了學(xué)而學(xué)，未能有意識(shí)地“用”英語(yǔ)。為了克服學(xué)生中普遍存在的的“啞巴英語(yǔ)”現(xiàn)象，我經(jīng)常組織學(xué)生開展學(xué)唱英文歌曲、講英語(yǔ)小故事、三分鐘英語(yǔ)演講等活動(dòng)，為學(xué)生創(chuàng)造交際實(shí)踐的情景。

在六一兒童節(jié)前夕，我結(jié)合教學(xué)內(nèi)容，組織學(xué)生開展《I have a dream》演講比賽，“白雪公主和七個(gè)小矮人”課本劇表演，英文兒童歌曲大pk等活動(dòng)，這些活動(dòng)形式活潑，寓教于樂，學(xué)生喜聞樂見，他們大膽運(yùn)用英語(yǔ)交際，把講臺(tái)變成舞臺(tái)，在真實(shí)的語(yǔ)境中達(dá)到了運(yùn)用英語(yǔ)的目的。

三、合理利用多媒體進(jìn)行教學(xué)

英語(yǔ)教材中內(nèi)容十分豐富，每個(gè)模塊都有一首優(yōu)美的小詩(shī)或一首好聽的歌曲或一首有節(jié)奏的歌謠，學(xué)生都喜歡在音樂聲中快樂的讀、唱，因此在英語(yǔ)教學(xué)中，合理地運(yùn)用錄音機(jī)、多媒體課件等多種現(xiàn)代教學(xué)手段，活躍課堂氣氛，提高課堂教學(xué)的密度，豐富教學(xué)內(nèi)容，增加學(xué)生練習(xí)的機(jī)會(huì)，發(fā)揮學(xué)生主體作用。開拓學(xué)生的思路、啟發(fā)學(xué)生思維，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生觀察力，提高理解能力和語(yǔ)言表達(dá)能力，使英語(yǔ)教學(xué)有聲有色，有情有景，從而提高課堂教學(xué)的效率。

四、課堂上師生、生生交流平等、積極。

小學(xué)階段是情感性學(xué)習(xí)形成的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期，在這一年齡段，孩子們的學(xué)習(xí)活動(dòng)帶有很強(qiáng)烈的情緒化傾向。有一句教育名言：“蹲下來看孩子”，就是對(duì)師生平等要求的具體化。在小學(xué)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)中，只有當(dāng)教師蹲下來，與學(xué)生保持同一高度，用孩子們的眼睛觀看世界，用孩子們的頭腦思考問題，用孩子們的心靈體驗(yàn)學(xué)習(xí)，始終擁有飽滿的精神，愉快的情緒，才能真正地尊重學(xué)生，理解學(xué)生，以學(xué)生的成長(zhǎng)為出發(fā)點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)教學(xué)，營(yíng)造師生之間平等交流、積極互動(dòng)的課堂氣氛。

真正適應(yīng)學(xué)生發(fā)展的課堂，來自于師生雙方活躍的、積極的、暢通無阻的交流。羅杰斯說：成功的教育依賴于一種真誠(chéng)的理解和信任的師生關(guān)系，依賴于一種和諧的，安全的課堂氣氛。作為教師與學(xué)生之間最經(jīng)常、最有效的共同活動(dòng)，課堂教學(xué)的本質(zhì)就應(yīng)當(dāng)是有意義的、充滿人與人之間活生生的情感和特殊形態(tài)的實(shí)踐活動(dòng)，教師應(yīng)當(dāng)注重每一個(gè)活動(dòng)細(xì)節(jié)的設(shè)計(jì)，努力營(yíng)造出師生平等、寬松融洽的課堂，刺激學(xué)生主體創(chuàng)造力的發(fā)揮，使學(xué)生的思維迸發(fā)出創(chuàng)新的火花。
