摘要
隨著中國加入世界貿(mào)易組織和全球經(jīng)濟一體化進程的加快,人力資源管理在私營企業(yè)管理中的地位和作用日益增強,而采用員工激勵機制提高企業(yè)核心競爭力已成為當今我國私營企業(yè)的必要選擇。通過研究分析私營企業(yè)員工激勵及激勵機制,說明了私營企業(yè)的激勵機制必須隨著經(jīng)營環(huán)境的變化做出相應的調(diào)整,進而依據(jù)激勵理論分析了私營企業(yè)現(xiàn)行激勵機制存在的問題,指出了其原因所在,并明確了其調(diào)整策略。
本文在對當前私營企業(yè)員工激勵機制背景認知的基礎(chǔ)上,首先通過對私營企業(yè)員工激勵機制現(xiàn)狀進行分析,從而對私營企業(yè)激勵機制所處的現(xiàn)狀有了更深入的認識;其次,提出應根據(jù)調(diào)查員工工作滿意度來反映私營企業(yè)激勵機制存在的問題?;诖?,從激勵理論的角度出發(fā),設(shè)計了員工工作滿意度調(diào)查問卷,對西安市部分私營企業(yè)進行員工工作滿意度問卷調(diào)查與訪談調(diào)查,并對問卷調(diào)查結(jié)果進行了實證分析,找出員工激勵機制問題所在;最后,根據(jù)存在的問題制定出了相應的調(diào)整策略,使其能夠更大程度地吸引人才,激勵員工,從而形成一套良好的激勵機制,增強私營企業(yè)的綜合競爭力。
通過對私營企業(yè)員工激勵機制的分析,可以看出在經(jīng)濟高速發(fā)展的形勢下,私營企業(yè)通過制定并執(zhí)行有效的員工激勵機制,才能吸引人才,充分發(fā)揮員工的工作積極性和創(chuàng)造性,使企業(yè)立于必敗之地。

WithChina’sentryintoWTOandtherapidprocessofglobalization,itisnecessarytoadopttheincentivemechanismforemployeesinordertoincreasethecorecompetenceofenterprises.Throughanalyzingcurrentprivatebusinesscompany’sincentiveandincentivemechanismevolutionaryprocess,itisexplainedthatprivatecompanyincentiveandincentivemechanismshouldbeadaptedtotheenvironmentalchanges,thusthispaperanalysestheexistingproblemofprivatecompanyincentivemechanismwhichisbasedonthetheoremofincentive,moreoverpointsoutwherethecauseisand clearouttheadjusttactics.
Accordingtotheprivateenterpriseemployee’sinspirationstatusinquo,thispaperfirstanalyzetheincentivebackgroundandpresentcondition,andthroughthesetwosideanalyze,wecanhavethethoroughunderstandofprivateenterpriseinspiremechanism,andfindoutwhatweshouldinvestigateonthesatisfactiondegreeoftheemployeeinordertoworkoutthedefectofprivateenterpriseincentivemechanism.Basedontheseanalysis,fromtheviewpointofthetheoryofincentive,wedesignedthesurveyofemployee’ssatisfaction,atthesametimewedosomeresearchofXi’anprivateenterpriseemployee’sworksatisfactiontofindoutwheretheproblemsexist,meanwhiletrytoformulatetheadjusttactics,sothatthecompanycanattractmoreexcellentemployees,takeadvantageofthevirtueandavoidtheshortcomingofthecompany,unceasinglytoconsummatetheincentivemechanism,thenformulatetheanefficientinspiresystem,increasethecompanycompetitionability.
Thoughtheanalysisoftheprivateenterpriseemployee’sincentivemechanismwecanfindthatundertheenvironmentofrapideconomicdevelop,theprivateenterprisecanonlygrasptheopportunitiestoformulatetheefficientemployee’sinspirationmechanism,thentheycanabsorbthetalenttoservicethethemselves,andletthecompanystandoutfromthefiercecompetitivemarket.
