Epilepsia Open is an open access journal of ILAE that publishes rigorous basic and clinical epilepsy research or reviews, aiming to promote the dissemination, transparency, translatability, and implementation of epilepsy research progress. The main goal is to quickly release high-quality research results and provide insights into various aspects of epilepsy research. This journal covers the entire field of epilepsy research from basic research to clinical research, including all disciplines of life and health sciences such as public health science and social impact research. Epilepsia Open specifically encourages the publication of research findings with confirmed results, unrepeatable results, negative results, or interesting new treatment testing research plans.
