教學(xué)中，備課是一個(gè)必不可少，十分重要的環(huán)節(jié)，備學(xué)生，又要備教法。備課不充分或者備得不好，會(huì)嚴(yán)重影響課堂氣氛和積極性，記得一位優(yōu)秀的老師曾說(shuō)過(guò)：“備課備不好，倒不如不上課，否則就是白費(fèi)心機(jī)?！蔽颐靼椎絺湔n的重要性，因此，每天我都花費(fèi)大量的時(shí)間在備課之上，認(rèn)認(rèn)真真鉆研教材和教法，不滿(mǎn)意就不收工。雖然辛苦，但事實(shí)證明是值得的。

一堂準(zhǔn)備充分的課，會(huì)令學(xué)生和老師都獲益不淺。例如我在教授《unit3.lesson9》的時(shí)候，這課的主題是“如何詢(xún)問(wèn)和回答時(shí)間”，教學(xué)難度比較大。如果照本宣科地講授，學(xué)生會(huì)感到困難和沉悶。為了上好這堂課，我認(rèn)真研究了課文，找出了重點(diǎn)，難點(diǎn)，準(zhǔn)備有針對(duì)性地講。當(dāng)講到“half”和“quarter”時(shí)的時(shí)候，我通過(guò)畫(huà)圖，用數(shù)學(xué)上的“圓”來(lái)加以充分形象的講解和此文來(lái)源于文墨星河說(shuō)明。這樣學(xué)生就形象地明白了這兩個(gè)單詞，學(xué)生聽(tīng)懂了，也就顯得頗有積極性。因此在練習(xí)”what’sthetime?it’s……”的句型時(shí)，學(xué)生特別用功，教學(xué)效果也十分理想。可見(jiàn)，認(rèn)真?zhèn)湔n對(duì)教學(xué)十分重要。特別是對(duì)英語(yǔ)這門(mén)學(xué)生不甚熟悉并感到困難的外語(yǔ)來(lái)說(shuō)至關(guān)重要。

聽(tīng)課也是提高自身教學(xué)能力的一個(gè)好方法，新老師只有多聽(tīng)課才能夠逐漸積累經(jīng)驗(yàn)。所以對(duì)每一次聽(tīng)課的機(jī)會(huì)我都十分珍惜。聽(tīng)課的主要對(duì)象是我們組的優(yōu)秀老師的課，同時(shí)也聽(tīng)其他老師的課。本學(xué)期，我聽(tīng)了二十多節(jié)課，我的收獲很大，逐步掌握了一些駕馭課堂的技巧。聽(tīng)完課之后，把教師們上課時(shí)講到的記在聽(tīng)課記錄上，然后對(duì)我自己的備課教案進(jìn)行修改，將他們很多優(yōu)點(diǎn)和長(zhǎng)處應(yīng)用到我的課堂教學(xué)當(dāng)中去，取得了較好的效果。

因?yàn)橛⒄Z(yǔ)的特殊情況，學(xué)生在不斷學(xué)習(xí)中，會(huì)出現(xiàn)優(yōu)差分化現(xiàn)象，差生面擴(kuò)大，會(huì)嚴(yán)重影響班內(nèi)的學(xué)習(xí)風(fēng)氣。為此，我制定了具體的計(jì)劃和目標(biāo)，對(duì)同學(xué)進(jìn)行有計(jì)劃的輔導(dǎo)。在三班和四班，我把同學(xué)分為三個(gè)組。第一組是有能力提高，但平時(shí)懶動(dòng)腦筋不學(xué)的同學(xué)，對(duì)這些同學(xué)，我采取集體輔導(dǎo)，給他們分配固定任務(wù)，不讓他們有偷懶的機(jī)會(huì)，讓他們發(fā)揮應(yīng)有水平；第二組是肯學(xué)，但由于能力不強(qiáng)的同學(xué)。對(duì)這部分同學(xué)我采取適當(dāng)引導(dǎo)，耐心教導(dǎo)，慢慢提高他們的成績(jī)方法，當(dāng)然不能操之過(guò)急，并且多鼓勵(lì)，只要他們肯努力，成績(jī)有望提高；第三組是紀(jì)律松散，學(xué)習(xí)不認(rèn)真，基礎(chǔ)又不好的同學(xué)。對(duì)這部分人我進(jìn)行課余時(shí)間個(gè)別輔導(dǎo)。因?yàn)檫@部分同學(xué)需要一個(gè)安靜而又不受干擾的環(huán)境，才會(huì)靜下心來(lái)學(xué)習(xí)。我想只要堅(jiān)持輔導(dǎo)，這些同學(xué)基礎(chǔ)重新建立起來(lái)，以后授課的效果就會(huì)更好。

英語(yǔ)是語(yǔ)言。困此，除了課堂效果之外，還需要讓學(xué)生多讀，多講，多練。為此，在早讀時(shí)，口語(yǔ)操練時(shí)，我充分利用有效時(shí)間，發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題及時(shí)糾正。課后發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)生作業(yè)問(wèn)題也及時(shí)解決，及時(shí)講清楚，讓學(xué)生即時(shí)消化。另外，對(duì)部分不自覺(jué)的同學(xué)還采取強(qiáng)硬背誦等方式，提高他們的能力。

精講多練是我采取的另一個(gè)鞏固學(xué)生所學(xué)知識(shí)的方法。在課堂上，我少講精講，讓每位同學(xué)做好筆記，掌握知識(shí)重點(diǎn)難點(diǎn)，然后給予他們更多的時(shí)間練習(xí)加以鞏固，課后留有適當(dāng)不同層次的作業(yè)讓不同層次的學(xué)生去練習(xí)，這樣通過(guò)精講，多練，讓學(xué)生在聽(tīng)的過(guò)程中掌握知識(shí)，在練的過(guò)程中鞏固知識(shí)。同時(shí)，我又讓每位同學(xué)準(zhǔn)備一個(gè)錯(cuò)題本，在我每次評(píng)講習(xí)題的過(guò)程中，把他們易錯(cuò)的習(xí)題和知識(shí)點(diǎn)重點(diǎn)記在錯(cuò)題本上，以便于平時(shí)有重點(diǎn)地去記憶和理解。事實(shí)證明，這一方法切實(shí)可行，也行之有效。

總之，經(jīng)過(guò)一個(gè)學(xué)期的努力，期末考試就是一種考驗(yàn)。無(wú)論成績(jī)高低，都在一定程度上體現(xiàn)了我在這學(xué)期的教學(xué)效果，也是我和學(xué)生共同努力的見(jiàn)證，更會(huì)促使我繼續(xù)努力，多問(wèn)，多想，多向優(yōu)秀教師學(xué)習(xí)，爭(zhēng)取更大進(jìn)步。
